Update on meeting in Wellington

Hi all
You will all be glad to know that we managed to achieve an action plan at the meeting this morning.
1. We have engaged Idea Services as our next service provider for Katie.
2. There is a placement for Katie in residential care in Paraparaumu also close to the college. This will depend on funding and banding which Greg (Katie’s case manager) is working on as of today.
3. Funding has been established for the interim situation to help Christine and Charles care for Katie at home.
4 Once funding for Katie has been established there will need to be a transition plan which the family will help with.
